Zeta Global stock is soaring: Here is why and what comes next

by October 16, 2026
written by October 16, 2026

Zeta Global stock continued its strong rally, reaching its highest level since November 2024, and is slowly nearing its record high of $38.15. It has jumped by over 230% from its 2025 lows, with the market capitalization hitting $8.42 billion. This rally may continue after Goldman Sachs upgraded its target.

Goldman Sachs has upgraded Zeta Global stock target

Zeta Global is a top company in the advertising industry, where it uses artificial intelligence, customer data analytics, and digital marketing automation solutions to help clients. It works with large firms across most sectors to help them find new customers, predict what they are likely to buy, and then deliver personalized advertisements.

Goldman Sachs analysts believe that Zeta Global has more room for growth. They upgraded the company from neutral to buy, with the price target being $45, which is about 35% above the current level. The analysts pointed to its strong demand and revenues, and the need for personalized marketing.

Other analysts have been relatively bullish on the stock. Roth Capital has set a target of $55, while New Street Research, KeyCorp, Truist Financial, and DA Davidson have a target of $38. The average target among analysts is $36, where it is trading at today.

Zeta growth to continue

The most recent financial showed that its revenue rose by 44% in the second quarter to $443 million. Its adjusted EBITDA soared by 56% to $92 million, while its adjusted EBITDA margin expanded to 20.7%.

Notably, this report was the 20th straight “beat and raise” quarter. It predicted that it is on track to hit its 2028 EBITDA and free cash flow targets. Its annual revenue is expected to jump to $2.3 billion in 2028 from $1.8 billion this year.

The adjusted EBITDA margin is expected to move to 25%. If this is correct, the figure will jump to $573 million from $405 million this year, with its free cash flow target hitting $371 million.

These numbers may help to justify its substantial valuation. It trades with a forward price-to-earnings ratio of 35, much higher than the forward S&P 500’s 19.1.

On the positive side, the company has a forward PEG ratio of 1.04, slightly lower than the sector median of 1.17. Its Rule-of-40 multiple also stands at 100.

The weekly chart shows that Zeta Global shares have continued soaring in the past few months. It jumped from $10.6 in 2025 to a high of $35.6 as the rally gained momentum.

The stock is in the process of forming a cup-and-handle pattern whose upper side is at $38.15, its highest point in 2024. This pattern often leads to more upside over time.

Zeta has remained above the 50-week moving average. Therefore, the stock will likely continue rising, with the next target to watch being at $50. This view will be confirmed if it moves above the all-time high of $38.15.
